The purpose of this Privacy Policy Notice is to inform you of how the firm collects and manages your personal data which is subject to protection under Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (the “Act”). While the Act generally does not apply to business contact information, to the extent that the Act applies to you as an individual, this notice seeks to explain why and how the firm collects and uses your personal data, to whom such data may be disclosed, and to whom data access requests by you can be addressed.

Generally, the firm collects personal data:-

1. for the purpose of the firm’s conduct of conflicts’ check before a matter is taken on;
2. when  you provide client information in connection with instructing the firm on a matter;
3. when  you respond to further requests for personal data in relation to a matter the firm is assisting you with;
4. when your images are captured by the firm in photographs or videos taken by the firm or the firm’s representatives when you attend events; and/or
5. when you submit personal data to the firm for any other reason.

When you browse the firm’s website, we do not at our website automatically collect personal data unless you provide such information.

If you provide the firm with any personal data of a third-party individual (e.g. of your employees, representatives), you are by submitting such information to us, representing to the firm that you have obtained the consent of the third party to provide the firm with their personal data for the relevant purposes.

Please ensure that all personal data submitted to the firm is complete and correct. If there is a change in such data, please update us promptly.

Purposes for Collection, Use and Disclosure of Personal Data

The firm collects, uses and discloses your personal data to provide the services you have requested of the firm.
